Tare Weight Inspection System is to read the Tare Weights Printed or Stenciled on LPG cylinder’s shroud and stay plates as well as to detect safety cap and read 5 year Test Due Date cylinder. It uses OCR technology (Optical Character Recognition) with Artificial Intelligence for detecting the tare weight of cylinder. High speed, high resolution motion camera is used for capturing the cylinder image in motion with single camera. Tare Weight Inspection System can process up to 3000 Cylinders per hour with minimum accuracy of 98%.
LPG Carousel 10, 24 Points
LPG Carousel system design to fill LPG cylinder. Every individual filling scale has own intrinsically safe display terminal which is certified by peso. It is load cell based and had a coarse and fine filling process. This is process by 12VDC intrinsically safe solenoid valve. Capacity to fill by 10 point Carousel output per Hour= 692 Cylinder (max) and 24 point Carousel Output per Hour = 1661 Cylinder (Max)
Dual Statics Check Scale-
The Dual Static Check Scale is installed for checking the weight of cylinder after filling from carousel. The Min. Output for weighing checking 30 Cylinders per minutes. The check scale consists of following components. Stopper Assembly as shown below. Check Scale Assembly Rejection Pusher. The Static scale can be extend up to 4 check scale
Weight Correction
The IWCU system is design to adjust back the correct gas weight of under/over filled cylinders. Normally system is positioned at the rejection conveyor line. For the system to determine the correct weight to adjust, it requires the tare weight of the cylinder and the nominated gas capacity of the cylinder. The tare weight is by the operator in manual mode and automatically sends by through PLC in auto mode. The gas capacity is defined by the selected categories.
It can be installed with the filling hose and head carried on the platform. The cylinder to be filled is placed on the platform, the filling head is attached and the tare weight of the cylinder entered. The Integrated Weight Correction Unit automatically checks weight of the cylinder to determine the amount of residual gas in the cylinder. The filling / Evacuating is started automatically
Valve/Bung Leak Detector-
The Vld/ Bung Leak Detector System Is Deign To Detect The Lpg Cylinder Having Leakage More Than 0. 5 Grams Per Hour Either Sc Valve Or From Bung.
The Infrared Sensor Is Used For Detecting The Leakage From Lpg Cylinder (valve/bung). The Vld Head Cover The Sc Valve Of Lpg Cylinder For Detection Of Leakage. Vacuum Generator Is Installed In Every Head For Suction Of Lpg From Sc Valve And Feed Into Sensor For Leakage Detection.
This Machine Is Installed After Check Scale And Before Old Machine. Display Unit Is Provided For Calibration, Parameter Settings & Testing Purpose. The Machines Check The Cylinder Sequentially If Any Processed Cylinder Is Found Leakage Then That Cylinder Get Segregated Through Rejection Pusher To Rejection Loop.

Leak Detector-
The OLD system is design to detect the LPG cylinder, in which either ‘O’ ring missing or ‘O’ Ring having rubber loose in any of the lips.
The Machine is based on pressure drop phenomenon, here a Pressure Sensor used for detecting the ‘O’ Ring Test air pressure drop, which it segregates the damage ‘O’ Ring or without ‘O’ Ring cylinder accurately.
This machine is installed after VLD/Bung Leak Detector or Before Tare punching station. These machines check every cylinder sequentially if any processed cylinder is found ‘O’ Ring defected segregated by the rejection pusher to the ‘O’ Ring changing Loop automatically.

Inline Filling Machine
Unit Filling Machine can be installed in static mode on conveyor line as well as on carousel system and can be integrated with Tare unit/Vision system and Check scale/Wight correction unit.

Differential Control Valve
The electronic DP valve system is design for maintaining the set LPG pressure by releasing the excess pressure in return LPG line. The pressure transmitter is giving feedback to Electronic Controller for maintaining the set LPG pressure.
The Electronics Differential Pressure control valve is a control loop feedback Electro Pneumatics mechanism commonly used for controlling the LPG pressure, It continuously calculate a resultant signal as the difference between a measured process variable at main line pressure and a desired set point (LPG pressure to be maintained). The controller attempts to minimize the error over time by adjustment of a control variable through opening the valve in ratio with respect to extra pressure and releasing the extra pressure in return line.
RQC Machine
The RQC is design to check the LPG cylinder at final stage after sealing unit; it has confirming the product after checking the proper weight, Valve/Bung Leak Detector and O-ring defect in the LPG cylinder and it’s keeping the all Data in Software for record, The machine checking the Valve/Bung Leak detectors which are IR sensor based . The O-ring checking is pressure based, and weight through load cell.
VFD CAROUSEL DRIVE UNIT
Carousel Drive Unit is for rotation the Carousel frame. Carousel Drive Unit consisted of following components:

3. Inflated Tyre
4. VFD Unit
Flameproof motor is powered and controlled by VFD drive and its installed with Flame Proof Panel. The speed of carousel drive controlled by VFD. The Four nos. of presets configurable through HMI display has been Provided for switching speed in various categories. VFD is programmed to switch automatically / manually in different categories, Automatically frequency change with vision reader.
A Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is a type of Motor Controller that’s drive on Electric Motor by varying the frequency and voltage supplied to the electric motor. Frequency (Hz) is directly related to the motor & speed (RPM) Is fully controlled by PLC. And its continuous monitoring the current consumption of motor for carousel Interlocking. If Carousel Motor current exceeds the preset limit then PLC immediately send trip command to PLC to prevent accident to carousel.

LPG Dosing machine
Additive to dose in 14.2 kg and 19 kg LPG cylinders through high precision PLC based online electronic dosing machine. The systems have provision to monitor and record the critical parameter in HMI display and control room Scada PC. Maximum capacity of the machine shall be 1600 cylinder per hour.
Rotating Slip-Ring
A Slip – Ring is a Flame Proof electromechanical device that allows the transmission of power and electrical signal from stationary to rotating structure. Slipring consists of conductor bearing and conduction fluid for IN-OUT connectivity. In carousel 4 to 8 conductor Slip-Ring is used for power and signals. This product certified by CIMFR Dhanbad.
Junction Box
As per IS/IEC 60079-1:2007 the apparatus mark IIC is suitable for application requiring IIA or IIB apparatus. The material of construction of the FLP/WP control Panel may be MS/SS instead of cast Aluminum Alloy LM-6 construction. It’s apparatus may also use in Zone 1 & Zone 2 area as per IS/IEC 60079-31:2008 other than dust of explosive. The following equipments can be mounted inside the enclosure:- PLC, Relay, Zenner barrier, Relay PCB, Timers, Power supply, Digital Instruments or any other control equipments/instruments for Electrical and Electronics etc.Temperature controllers, Digital analog Timer or programmable or level control.
